In 1998 Chris undertook a H.N.C Building studies. Following this he took up an appointment as a trainee Surveyor with a Local Authority Chris successfully read for a BSc(Hon) and became a fully Qualified Surveyor in early 2003.

Since qualifying he has attained a Diploma in Accessibility and
qualified as an Access for all Surveyor. In his role he has gained
a vast working knowladge of the Building Regulations,accessibility issues and the construction design field.

Some of the more prestigious projects Chris worked on consist
of a new aerodynamics building for the williams Formula 1Racing Team at wantage, A major research laboratory for spliting the atom -the third of its kind in the world, Truro college and Royal Cornwall Hospital in Truro as well as numerous housing projects from small domestic to large multi plot sites. Chris is also our expert in the SBEM energy calculations forCommercial buildings.

Chris is also South West Regional Manager of BBS Building
